So I got some money together and a better job. I want something where I look at it, I can say “this mf is bulletproof” I’m going to have a friend build me a sealed box. I am not sure if I want two 12s or two 15s or one 12 or one 15. Which setup should I choose? Is having two subs better than one? I know one sub with more surface area and more watts will be better than let’s say 2 subs with half the surface area and half the watts. But there is so much I want, but I can’t choose a setup. So here I am coming to you guys for some help! Thank you!
Jaypezy posted a topic in Head UnitsHello peeps hey so I have a bit of a situation,, I have a 2007 Cadillac CTS that I have been installing a system on now for a while it’s a pain but fun car, here is the question the head unit is still oem if you guys don’t know these car have the “driver info” section here as well as other functions such as the traction control and millege trip info as well as other important settings I really want to replace with a nice doble din with a back up cámara but.. I don’t want to lose the functionality of the oem anyone have any suggestions as to how we might be able to do this? Also I want to keep this covertion of the head unit less than 600$ in parts I can do my labor. Thank you in advance Jp
So I recently have been running Rockford p2 12s, 2 of them, but they both recently blew, and I personally am not a Rockford fan anyways and am looking for what to go with next, my price range is like $120 per sub or but I’m flexible on that. Just want to get something that hits harder than the p2s and is not Rockford... the amp I’m using is the Rockford prime 1200.1D, looked at a lot of subs but can’t seem to find any in my price range that out do the p2 if anyone has any recommendations and or personal experience upgrading from the p2 line that would be amazing... thanks
