I do think your thread made it sound like it was there fault that you got rusted subs, (which it may even be, but we don't know that at this point). Whether or not you wrote a lot is not the point, and actually worse. Its a pretty lame excuse when you made the effort to make a thread and post pictures. It really does seem worse when you leave it so open-ended.
Having said that, I think what I care about a lot more is there customer service and that they are refusing to fix this completely as they obviously should provided, you followed there rules.
