bro I specifically listed full blown instructions step by step detail when you asked about the DSP and how to install how to set everything up in another thread and parts of this thread.... You literally let all that effort of me typing go to waste without even attempting to do a proper install and tune and all you complain about is how this is over your head when you had clear instructions all this time?
lets Try THIS AGAIN and SAVE THIS AS YOUR BIBLE
Turn off all crossovers leave it on full pass, EQ all set to flat on the head unit. Everything will be done at the dsp. Head unit volume at 90%(most can get there clean nowadays). Have the dsp master volume at 15/60 starting out. Have the crossovers setup completely like how i told you in the previous post just choose any point in the range I specified for each mid and tweeter with a 12 db slope to start off. After your do that, Now on your tweeter amp, select high pass filter and put it around 500-1000hz. For the midrange and midbass keep the high pass at the lowest the amp can go, the DSP will take care of everything if you set it the way I told you. have the gain around 1/3, now go up slowly on the DSP MASTER VOLUME till you hear the speakers start sounding like **** aka harsh and peaky, thats a good sign that you are slowly hitting THD levels. at this point play around with the crossover points and slopes like I said in the post to see what sounds best. Please man if you just follow instructions this is extremely EXTREMELY simple. I have a 65 year old buddy about to retire that learned this in two hours on his own with my general guidelines your age is not an excuse.
