Save allows you to name the channels so channel 1 could be left tweeter, channel 2 right tweeter, 3 left midbass, 4 right midbass, 5 left midrange etc... you can name it whatever you want, its just a naming scheme. Link is to link up multiple channels together so you dont have to individually tune the left and right side if you dont want that level of complexity. So to use it just click link, go insdie and tap channel 1 and 2 selected and then hit join, then hit okay. Now hit link again and now click 3 and 4 then hit grouping button. Then hit 5 and 6, then grouping button then 7 and 8 then grouping button. i'll link pictures of how it should look like. This pretty much pairs your left and right tweeter together so whatever crossover you set for the right tweeter will be the same as the left tweeter, vice versa and it'll be seperated from midrange, midbass etc. they all now have their own groups. It doesnt matter what group is number what as long as tweeter/midbass/midrange is paired to their left/right counterpart then its all good. However the downside is you cannot adjust left and right output levels properly so your left side will be louder than your right side even when both values are identical, this is just a physical factor due to the left driver is positioned right next to you therefore its always louder naturally. After you done linking and doing initial crossover and EQ tuning, you'll want to go to link and delete all groupings so you can adjust the left and right volumes for each side individually so you have even output levels on both sides. Then you can start working on time alignment afterwards.
