What a considerate Judicial System

d*ck move on your roommates part for not claiming it, especially if you don't use it at all. I just started a PTI sentence last thursday (got 6 months) and when I got caught, the majority of the things that got me in trouble didn't belong to me, but they were in my vehicle. I admitted they were mine, there is no point in getting 2 people in trouble, and some of the stuff was mine.

roommate should have fessed up, try and get conditional discharge, if not PTI is your best option, after the 6 months, they remove the charge from your record completely.

I agree on them robbing you to make money. It's the same **** when you get a ticket for bumping too loud //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

I feel you man.

As for the letting someone make meth in my place... I would feel more strongly towards taking drastic action in that case. The possibility of an explosion is not very welcoming. The knowledge that someone is making a drug that will kill you after long periods of use, creating a substance that will age your body faster, corrode your teeth, and do permanent harmful damage is not appealing to me in the least bit. I would in fact call the police on someone if they tried to do that. The facts behind marijuana's harmlessness allow me to not feel so strongly against it being in my house. I just named multiple reason for not having a meth lab in my place. I cannot think of any for marijuana besides the fact that it is possible that someone of the law see's it and places the possession in both of the signers of the lease names again.... It is absurd to me if you truly think that allowing someone to possess marijuana is a crime, or is harmful, or detrimental to anyone's health.... I just do not see the argument besides it being illegal for no reason.
It's not about your personal beliefs, it's about the law. If you don't want to get in trouble for being around drugs, DON'T BE AROUND DRUGS!

For the bold part, 1:possessing marijuana is a crime, 2: it is harmful, 3: it is detrimental to peoples health //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

what the hell is wrong with some of you? comparing having bud in the house to having a meth lab? thats a bit of a stretch. I find it funny when ignorant pricks talk so harshly about weed...
I find it funny when ignorant pricks break the law then complain about it. Illegal drugs are illegal drugs. Whether you allow someone to have a meth lab in your house, weed, crack, ex, whatever it's all illegal. I'm not talking about which drugs are worse. It's about the fact that they are illegal.

It is a crime, yes, you got me. How is it harmful and detrimental towards people's health? You may be right about those too, but I have never seen anything reported on how harmful marijuana is that presented true facts and/or experiments with humans.

illegal is illegal yes that is true but still they are in no way, shape or form equivalent crimes.
and I aint your bro god **** it
Yes, it is a crime, I know i slip up and say its not, but that is my point. 1.)Marijuana should not be punished as harshly as it is. 2.) It's messed up if my judge does not allow me into conditional discharge. 3.) The punishment of a fine is just silly. Paying money does not teach people lessons. Yes the judge and officer need to make money I give them that, but considering this situation it is steep in my opinion to charge so much for the PTI program. $100 application, really? $255 acceptance fee, really?
