Illegal is Illegal on such plant that grows on this earth? You must really believe in this twisted goverments rules. They have you controlled.

I also feel that natural things should have the same.if not a lesser,penalty as alcohol... if you are over 21 or 18 or whatever, and in the comfort of your own home, or just out enjoying nature there should be no punishment. Driving or tackling important tasks on anything that inhibits sober bodily functioning should not be tolerated. If I want to kill myself, why does the government punish me when we are already over populated. The only people that will be hurt is my family...which is huge and I would never kill myself, its just a point.

They charge you for seat belt violations now. If I die, why does the government pretend to care? Protect Americans from themselves is our governments motto, and the only reason they do this is to make more money. Tickets for seat belts went from $15 to $100 here recently.... there is absolutely no reason for that. Just like there is absolutely no reason to charge someone for possessing something of nature if it is done with responsibility.

I really don't understand your problem. You chose to live with someone who does illegal drugs and to be around it. Nobody forced you to be out there while people were smoking weed. Sounds to me like you just don't want to accept the consequences of your actions

Knives are not illegal. (the ones that are are meant to kill) Murder is illegal. In most cases you can easily possess a knife and not get a fine.

vs.

Pot is illegal. You don't have to do anything with it for it to get you into trouble. In most cases you cannot posses any form of marijuana or else you get a fine.

The knife argument, no matter what for, is a terrible counter-example. Man manipulates the metal found in a factory. You plant a seed and the illegal substance grows with little to no help at all. You cannot plant a knife and have it grow to be illegal.....??? A knife is not natural unless it is carved from wood, in which case, it is not illegal.
