What a considerate Judicial System

No one in human history has died from marijauna. The goverment has banned it and made it illegal because they can't tax it.
Just the cancer that it has caused due to having higher concentrations of carcinogens than cigarettes, the poor decisions that can be made while under the influence, etc.

Wheres your facts, and sources for this conclusion, id like to see. Maybe you just watched one of those anti-marijauna commercials and came to that basis?

I understand what you guys are saying. I may not agree with all of it, but most are valid arguments. The thing that bothers me the most is that the Conditional Discharge is an option if the judge chooses to allow it. I have not been to court yet, so I won't know for sure until then, but the lieutenant said he had never heard of such a thing and the receptionist at the court said they did not offer such an option. It's a **** move to not allow something that is a possibility in the state. **** head judge I guess.

im pretty sure that violates ammendment #4 but i could be wrong...talk to your lawyer about that.
Im pretty sure if you believe that then you need to re-read everything. The cop was invited in and the weed/parafanilia was in plain site. No laws were violated, no rights were violated, everytihng is in order.

how did I end up dead ? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif
Just an example bro, i wouldnt shoot you.

Doesnt matter it its an option. The judge is trying to make sure you dont get near the weed again, its a punishment, its not supposed to let you off easy.

No rights were violated as you stated. I do not smoke. If I do not smoke, how am I doing wrong? I am around it....yes, true, for sure, I can get away, but then I'm not using what I am paying for (my house). I do not sell, he does not sell, I do not smoke, he smokes, I do not buy, I do nothing that is oriented in the drug industry except for live with someone who smokes.... No matter the penalty for me, it will not change anything. The only thing that will change anything is when my lease runs up and then I can find new room mates. Whatever the judge does in the mean time is just stupid to me. Unless he wants me away from weed sooo badly that he will pick up the rest of my rent I will not change my current situation. Drug test me all you want, I am clean. I do not see how you can penalize me for that. Like i said, no penalty can get me out of the situation I am in. I do not have money to throw around and buy multiple houses.

About to finish up my 6 months for my possession charge. It ***** but it is illegal. I haven't had any alcohol or drugs for 18 months man and for the past 3 semesters i have a gpa of 3.8 used to be alot lower... dont do drugs

You chose to be around people smoking weed. You knew it was illegal and chose not to do anything about it. Don't complain when you get punished for it. Would you let someone setup a meth lab in your house too? You knew what was going on and chose to stay buddy. You deserve any penalty you get. Quit your bitching and own up to your mistakes. The fact that you made this thread complaining shows that you didn't learn your lesson yet.
