What a considerate Judicial System

About to finish up my 6 months for my possession charge. It ***** but it is illegal. I haven't had any alcohol or drugs for 18 months man and for the past 3 semesters i have a gpa of 3.8 used to be alot lower... dont do drugs
He doesn't do drugs. He just lives with people who do and he chooses to hang around it so he's not doing anything wrong

You chose to be around people smoking weed. You knew it was illegal and chose not to do anything about it. Don't complain when you get punished for it. Would you let someone setup a meth lab in your house too? You knew what was going on and chose to stay buddy. You deserve any penalty you get. Quit your bitching and own up to your mistakes. The fact that you made this thread complaining shows that you didn't learn your lesson yet.
I agree with that also. I have not learned my lesson. The judicial system does not do a good job IMO to help me learn my lesson either.

As for the letting someone make meth in my place... I would feel more strongly towards taking drastic action in that case. The possibility of an explosion is not very welcoming. The knowledge that someone is making a drug that will kill you after long periods of use, creating a substance that will age your body faster, corrode your teeth, and do permanent harmful damage is not appealing to me in the least bit. I would in fact call the police on someone if they tried to do that. The facts behind marijuana's harmlessness allow me to not feel so strongly against it being in my house. I just named multiple reason for not having a meth lab in my place. I cannot think of any for marijuana besides the fact that it is possible that someone of the law see's it and places the possession in both of the signers of the lease names again.... It is absurd to me if you truly think that allowing someone to possess marijuana is a crime, or is harmful, or detrimental to anyone's health.... I just do not see the argument besides it being illegal for no reason.

Alright, someone else ask this faggot why he got punished for another person's crime since he's ignoring me, or I call troll.
Because it was close to me and no one else claimed it..... I said that at least once if not a few times.

EDIT: Which is why it is a little silly to me that people truly think I need to grow up or mature or I am a true criminal that is detrimental to society because I allowed someone else to possess marijuana in my house. I see needed to find a new room mate because he didnt claim it, but that is about all.

Well then your roomie is a bitch ass. Did you tell the cop it was not yours? I would have said "whao bro, dat ain't my shit, ya dig." And when he asked me who it belonged to, I would have said, "ask these fools." and pointed right at my roomate.
It was more or less, him: "sir is this yours?" me:"no sir" him:(asks everyone) "who's is this?" everyone:(no reply) him: "who lives here?" me:"Me and my room mate" him: "can I see your id's? Im going to write you a citation and not take you to jail for this small amount of marijuana. I will not worry about the alcohol. If you choose to get into PTI I will gladly write you a letter or do anything I need to help you because you were so cooperative."

I agree with that also. I have not learned my lesson. The judicial system does not do a good job IMO to help me learn my lesson either.
Deterring crime and learning a lesson are different. You may not have learned your lesson but I'm sure you'll be more aware of your surroundings and try not to be around weed anymore. I'm a supporter of torture, violating human rights, and cruel and unusual punishment against criminals. Personally I think society has come to a point where deterring crime needs to be more important than teaching a lesson. Someone rapes a woman, chop off his **** with a rusty machete and pour salt on the wound while he gets ***** by a horse. He'll never **** anyone again. Sad to say it but this country has gotten to the point where that is the only way to save it. People have no morals anymore so you can't treat criminals with respect like you would a normal human.
