SoundQubed sub par customer service

Doesn't always mean sub quality, although that was what he was referring too.
Kinda like how Fi's Customer Service used to be an actual joke on the forums. I have contacted them, and they were not the most friendly/helpful.

Hopefully SQ doesn't go the same route.

Although, people on CACO are actually having problems with Sundown responding about yardsale orders. This is most likely to them being swamped because of Slamology. However, people are still upset.

That's great and all, but you're clearly lacking in the human relations and communication departments. I mean, knowing your stuff is great, but who the hell wants to listen to you when you talk down to everyone? It's a **** speaker man lol.

My comment isn't exclusive to that post, and you know **** well what I'm talking about. Observing your comments and acknowledging your attributes is not being soft or touchy, it's called being observant. Now had I been offended, that's a different story. Your comments have a general condescending tone, and I've seen you come down pretty hard on other members, to the point where you outright insult and degrade based on their equipment. No don't ask me to find the post, because I won't. I'm merely calling a spade a spade here. However, yes, you are what I would consider a snob, and from what I've seen from your interactions with many other members, you're just down right arrogant lol.

They dicked me around too, said they had a hds200 12 in stock bought it emailed me the next day and said they are on backorder for another month. I attempted twice for them to refund me no response called my bank filed a claim and what do ya know 4 days later money was back in my account. Derek is a ******* but its the internet who cares ...so am i lol maybe thats why i dont have a problem with him ..he knows his **** across the board...that being said ive ran dd from 35 series to 95 series and ive ran aq hdc3s and 4s for years ive never had a problem with customer service dj zak and the guys alwayz make things right.hope all goes well op

 
That's a great victim mentality lol. **** poor response imo. Also, I bought these because they were recommended to me and no matter what I buy I expect good CS.

You thought you were getting something for nothing and you learned otherwise. They were "recommended" because they are a great value for the money.

Also DD customer service is pretty dodgy from reports I've seen, but assuming you bought from a dealer you'd deal with them and not DD anyway.

Exactly my point. Your ego, your inability to communicate, and your superiority complex over something so silly is why you clash so hard with other people. Not because they are stupid,gullible, or wrong.

Just because you're an expert, does not mean you are in a position to teach. Seems like you aren't here to help people or teach, more so than you are to simply point out that people aren't as knowledgeable as you.

If anything, you just come off as some bitter ********. From what I've seen. This place is just filled with people who don't want to put up with your lack of personality.

The ability to talk to people and get them to listen to you is the hard part. The expertise simply comes with time.

How is trying to get a refund = trying to get something for nothing ? Kinda odd reply. Heaven forbid the guy is having trouble with the DD sister company and you guys want to slam him.

 
OK so you think different? Like you'd go buy a DD product form a brick and mortar DD dealer and then they'd tell you to **** off and call DD if something went wrong? What are you implying here?
You've came up with 3 scenarios on your own and told me my mindset in all 3 of them lol.
