ok spectrum = liquid deadoning = dynamat for the noobs, and with metal it is experimental done all for free really, and with 1/8 steel it is still a lil flexable, also with a steel box when you hit the outside you kinda hear a ting sound, and i do have a sealed, and ported box for itnoob question, what is spectrum, and you would think steel wouldnt be so great just for metallic purposes, how come you didnt do fiberglass? Personally Im thinking about doing some carbon fiber and fiberglass, get a little more rigidity from the carbon and looks, but steel seems like it would push that barrier too much, even with deadening, and on top of that its a beast of a box (looks like u might be pushing 80 to 100lbs), o well, maybe it will work and you can have stumbled onto a new fad?
ya...cause just yesterday i shot my mdf box and it just wouldn't hold up! i just don't understand it....i should of went with the titanium! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gifshould have made it out of 1/2" titanium... may have been about 25x heavier but it wouldn't flex if you shot it with a 44 mag
