Building a sealed subwoofer box with a single sub. Question is, does it matter if the subwoofer is in the middle of the box or closer to one end? Does location affect performance?

I am going to be running a 2ohm subwoofer at 1000 watts, and 4 4ohm door speakers at 300 watts a piece, both with separate amps. One amp is 1500 watt, and the other is 1320watt. If anyone has any recommendation on what kind of audio battery I should run for this setup, it would be appreciated.
