If you unook EVERYTHING and the problme goes away you won't know which component is causing the issue...im gonna unhook my stereo for a week and see if my car is fine.. then if it is ill hook the stereo back up and if it dies.. i know where my problem lies.
lol im out of ideas man idk what else it could be.. the dealership had my car since sunday and they didnt find anything wrong with it.. they tested for parasitic drain and then i asked them if my electrical system was good enough to handle the audio i put in and they said it shouldnt be a problem but they would double check.. and they called saying that the alternator has no problem compensating for my ampIf you unook EVERYTHING and the problme goes away you won't know which component is causing the issue...
ill double check the manuals and see what each color meant.. im pretty sure i just had to match all colors..Sounds to me like you found your new hobby, random draining of battery after car left overnight specialist..... Without reading the entire post, you mentioned that you wired the deck up color to color, how were you sure that the colors were correct? Just because a wire is red or yellow does not mean it is ignition or constant. I would disconnect the head unit and let it sit overnight again. Take the fuse out of the main power line to the amps. Retest.
