WTF with demo mode

I had to deal with demo mode on a older Pioneer that was hard to get out of demo mode,I had to disconnect the battery for service and when hooked back up it came up with setup so after doing that I could not find demo in the menu. Well I disconnected the battery again and said no to setup and then went to menu and could finally get to the demo mode,that radio really set me off and came close to being destroyed,just had to vent as every other radio I have demo comes up on the menu easily and that gets me thinking demo mode should be set to be off and only turned on if wanted. I really do not like demo mode.

The swimming dolphins were pretty famous for a while. On the plus side those HUs were better quality than today's HUs.

I think that demo mode should be default off and only on if wanted,who in their right mind would actually enjoy that function.

They were defaulted to on so that it would be in demo mode while in the sound board at the stereo shop. Demo mode was never meant to be used while actually installed in a car.

e ones to turn it on,I have gotten in many cars with the demo on.

Battery went dead due to dome light issues again so I am done with that radio,I now can not get the color of the background to quit changing so out it will come after I find a radio with Bluetooth.
