Can i say this is my hobby?

No listening to music is your hobby We listen to tones for the reason of creating something beyond the ordinary if it is not satisfactory we will destroy it and start over listening to music is just a perk

If you don't take part in the actual skill that is involved in car audio, then I really don't think you can call it your hobby. Building, installing, tuning, etc. is all part of the hobby. Not taking part in any of those kinda ruins the experience IMO. All the fun is in building/tweaking/installing, and the satisfaction of your work is what really makes it enjoyable.

x2^ couldn't of said it any better.

anyone with money can buy crap, and have a shop install it. but it takes a true "enthusiast" to build their audio system from the ground up, and all the frustrations and confusion paying off, and showing off your system, make people smile, knowing how hard you worked for that satisfaction, theirs nothing like it.

I can't afford the baseline to start //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

It'll be nice to get into and out of college, land a decent job, and be able to afford to have a hobby.
