Which Sub Setup?

Looking to do my first aftermarket subwoofer setup. I listen to a variety of music, but mostly country.

I'm considering either two 10" or two 12" Rockford P1s in a sealed box powered by a RF P300-1

or

a single RF 12" P3 in a sealed box powered by a Alpine MRP-M500.

Which of the three setups will hit the hardest, sound the loudest, and have the best SQ?

I want something that will sound good, but when I wanna impress my buddies, it will blow their minds away.
