Wire one sub in series (one with 2 coils), then parallel them. You'll get 2 ohms.

ok now im confused again one sub is dual 2 ohms and the other is single 4ohm...how can i wire them up to 2 ohm

UMMM.. series the one with the dual 2ohm coil..... then parallel the subs together... and TADDDAAAAHHHAAAA!! 2ohms!

definately tc9 based. take the boot cover off an take some more pics of the sub for us.

but it does look like a tc-9 based 15

yes they will be a ton louder than wat u have now...hell 1 sub will blow ur subs away

i would build a 6 cube ported box tuned to 32hz to see how they like it
