The most ghetto I've ever seen was 2 12" Pyle subs (they had purple surrounds with blue "sprinkles") in the back of a Honda Civic Wagon. One was missing a dustcap. THey were in 12" walmart style 1/2" particle board enclosures.

Basically, i hooked up a slightly bigger California 2ch amp (was a Pyramid 4ch) for him... And two days later the things caught fire.

You should have seen the paint job on that thing... Looked like they dumped the unused paint overtop after they finished spraying.

Dude came into work with a single cab chevy truck with a campershell. He had some gross box behind the seats with 2 12" walmart subs. Then in the bed of the truck (no blow thru) he had 3 different 12"s facing back, all in different boxes, 2 different sized sealed, and 1 bandpass. Played it and it didn't even sound like bass, it was just like this quick popping sound.

i still think the most ghetto one ive seen was this kid at my school who didnt think about putting his subs in a box because he thought that the car should act like the box. So he had both subs on the back seats, with the amp on the hump with all the wiring going through his plastic panels not behind. Oh yeah, this was in a 2005 nissan altima.

Seen Myth Busters build a 80" Woofer and stick it in a oldsmobile. They ran the sub off the drive shaft!
