I saw mine yesterday

thers this dude that own a lexus is 300

pretty nice car id say by the nice from far but once you look at it its far from nice..

system setup

4 ga from batt 200amp circuit breaker

4ga from batt gose to the positive term on a 1 farad cap then gose 2 4 ga power wires, 1 off to a vibe 1600 watt amp running 3 BMF'S. the other 4ga power off the cap gose to a hifonics 400x4 running 4 sets of alpine type r comps with a 8ga ground hahaha

when his bass hits all his highs and mids cut completely off

and his headlights dim sooooo bad

a friend of his did it and he wonders why he cant here his highs while the bass is pounding

we fixed the problem by running O ga back to disto with 2 4 ga off to a yellow top then to cap then to sub mp with the 4 channel just running off his fron batt

sound a whole hell of allot better now plus no headlight dim

man if i ever see some shit like that again...

edit: his amp sucks, and I don't know what BMF's are. Maybe it's shltty after all.

That was so funny when I worked at a local shop here. Coming in in Denali's and Lades and requesting dual 12w0 setups with Punch 300w amps...

One guy with a Cadillac sedan was soo cheap. Brought some used equipment in, and thought that our labor charges were too much. So halfway through the amp/sub install, he backed out.

He said how he wants to put his money into the looks of the car, rather than the system, and he's telling us this at an audio shop. that reminds me this one time i was watchin cops in las veges and they had this dude pulled over with a candy painted hummer h2 with 26's the interior was done up to match and i guess he was a pimp or somethin he had all these girls id's and a note pad on where he dropped them off and all that they opend up the back hatch and he had a sony xplode 8'' sub it was funny just thought id share
