Well my amp is on 2 ohms with rms 600 and barely any gain maxes it out and makes the sub pop, am I doing something wrong or is your sub taking way more power than mine
Yes starting with boost off I tune gain first till I hear distortion, but I never get to hear distortion, it just starts popping till I ease it off
That's what I've done, I'm just not impressed with the outputTurn your bass gain to zero and then turn up your HU until you hear it starting to distort. Then, set your bass gain from there. When it starts clipping, then, back the gain off a tad.
That's what I've done, I'm just not impressed with the output
That's what shredder said lol
I don't have that kinda money for a box at that point id rather use the dimensions I was given and build one lol
To build one you can't use external dimensions without experience and understanding port area/tuning even if its given. Getting the portwalls dead-on takes knowledge. This is a 3 common wall sub/port on face trunkwalled design /w/ minimal materials for 2 Zvx-12's and a 4.5K wired down.I'd rather use the dimensions I was given and build one lol
