SoundQubed sub par customer service

Aren't the DD equivalent $500 more? That's not saving a "buck"
Not $500 more, but maybe a few. Hope SQ get it together, it's a savior for most people looking to bump on a tighter budget. If and when you get a hold of them, preferably by phone, tell them the word is spreading and that you know they sell good stuff, but they're really losing sales with the lack of good support.

Last thing I ordered from them was HDS310 D2, it came with one speaker terminal just hanging by the tinsel leads. Got around that, but still not a good feeling. See if you can get this taken care of this coming week and then just file a CC claim.

Had a friend tell me his HDC3 was a 95 with a SQ dust cap. He swore it was and he believed it until we put them next to each other. He is no longer a idiot. Wish I could say the same for these guys on here.

I do agree with the HDC3 not being the same as the 9500 series. Friend of mine tried the HDC3 after having a 9500. Sold it in a few weeks and bought by 9512's

but i cant. so sq is my saving grace... good product, i think good cs . i have never had 1 problem with them.

Yes, but I don't recommend DD to people on a tight budget.

I think you'd get more for your money with SQ than DD's redline series.

It's also dependant on space. You could get a bunch of HDC3's and do a wall. Not sure what series the Black Nasty uses, but that build turned out great. It would not be economical to use a bunch of 9500's for something like that. It also wouldn't make sense to use half as many 9500's as HDC3's if you had a set amount of money.

However, if you have a trunk limited to one or two subs, and you have the money, I'd go DD. Just my two cents on the matter.

In the case of a wall, I think it is good that you're using the HDC3. You can get more cone area for your money if SPL is your goal

 
yup... cant afford the really good stuff and i do like the hdc3's . i dont know how many times i have been stopped with people asking what i had.

everybody thinks i have 2 subs some say 4 .... so when i tell them its just 1 there blown away... lol.

idk know but they are human and just reading all the orders cancels subs here subs there i kinda got confused on which ones you got didnt get or in the mail... lol
Yes, because I'm giving you a months worth of events in one post. Otherwise, it's simply their lack of organization that led me here.

You think they do? Find one. Redlines are close but also priced close but still not the same.

Doesn't always mean sub quality, although that was what he was referring too.

 

Kinda like how Fi's Customer Service used to be an actual joke on the forums. I have contacted them, and they were not the most friendly/helpful.

 

Hopefully SQ doesn't go the same route.

 

Although, people on CACO are actually having problems with Sundown responding about yardsale orders. This is most likely to them being swamped because of Slamology. However, people are still upset.
