SoundQubed sub par customer service

What's goin' on with Soundquebed lately??

Since the name change, have they gone downhill??

I've seen plenty of satisfied people with their products but lately it appears to be going downhill.

 
Face it, OP, you didn't buy these for the personal experience and customer service. You bought them to save a buck and this is where the savings comes from. There's plenty of companies that are known for good support and they're either new and trying to make a name for themselves or established and charge more money or go through dealers to provide that service.

That said, I doubt they're thieves so you'll get your refund eventually but it'll take you more work.... pay now or pay later.

 
either way, in a community where we buy products that others say good things about, this is going to be bad PR for them. I was considering some soundqubed 12s, but customer service is huge for me.

same thing happened with mechman, heard from people that if they had issues they wouldn't take the alt back and made the customer waste 20+ hours trying to diagnose it, turned out the regulator was bad and they didnt even apologize. i emailed the owner asking if they made any improvements to their cs - no response (think I bought from them?).

Singer will do something to make it better, unlike Mechman. Singer is a smaller company and relies on word of mouth recommendations more than Mechman. Therefore, I feel like you can get better CS.

Kinda like Tantric. Built in house stuff, not many guys working there, great rep on here for those two companies, you get good service.

I bug Jim all the time (sorry). Great guy who is always willing to answer questions

 
I had zero issues with mechman. On the phone or through emails, if I asked a question he would reply same day. I've also called SQ and spoke with a few different people never a problem. Only thing about SQ is if someone answers the phone. Had a few times I've called and got the answering machine bunch of times.

That's a great victim mentality lol. **** poor response imo. Also, I bought these because they were recommended to me and no matter what I buy I expect good CS.

They were probably recommended to you because performance is good for the money you spend. I have no experience with them, but others do.
