Had to get my van home somehow. Luckily AAA came out for the rescue. Brought a F450 to tow it. Cool. They lifted the back of my van up. Went well until the front suspension of the tow truck was fully extended and jacked up a good 8".

Had to bring in a flatbed since the guy couldnt tow it with that truck.

Got one of my doors welded yesterday. Did some grinding today and now going to bodywork and repaint it.

Where I started.

After some grinding, ready for some bodywork.

Now going back out to bodywork it.

Ur buddy must have used a mig on the weld job didnt he????

Should of tig welded that cus now its just gonna crack the duraglass or long and strong or bondo you put on it.

I have no idea, I dont know anything about welding. I was playing it after he welded it and it was holding up great.

Your not going to get louder if you keep being a cheap *** and start crying when you can't afford to fix your own oversight in the installation.

just run the alternator to a 12v battery under the hood and disconnnect the system, or wire it up to one of the 3000's @ 4 ohm until you can afford to do it right.

The hc16v came out about 2 months after I left the company and a msn buddy of mine bought 4 or 5 of them as soon as they came out for a daily 16v system..last i talked to him about 4-6 months ago it was still going strong and they were bought and installed in 2006ish.

those batteries are the shit, if you actually ask how to use them....

there supposed to be used in groups to break up the step down load.... 1 CAN"T handle it, period. anyone that's used them like that can tell you that.

I know tons of profesional shops who have no bizz hooking up anything auto electrical....they switch brands of batteries and no mater what get the same result...I have seen hacked to hell Hummers and expensive sports cars and trucks with the electrical all jacked up.....first blown up battery I have seen was a small bat cap 300, I have seen optimas more than fail, odyssey more than just fail, have seen a whole tray of flooded 8volt batteries catch fire...during my time at kinetik the only guy i could recall crying about things and started threads about them being bad tried to charge up 17.7v banks @24 volts even after the fact he was told not to go above 19.2v.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

all I can say is Erik, Rich and Chris are pretty awesome guys to talk to about setting up banks.....between those 3 there are many many many champions served.
