one sub is moving more than the other

ive got my dual 4ohm subs wired at 1 ohm but can someone confirm here that this is correct as ive notice one sub is moving slightly more than the other ie the left one by the port

do you have a dmm? red lead to pos on vc, black to neg. set it to read ohms (looks like a horseshoe) and it should read close to 4.0

so could this be normal as 1 only moves very slightly more than the other but u can notice it a touch

by ear. I think I may have been clipping the hell out of them. Ive also had the bass boost up a tad and the gain at just under half

dmm = digital multimeter

yes, unhook all wires from the sub, and test each vc

or dont undo the wires, if it comes back as some odd number other than ~1.0 then you know one of your coils is azzed out
