How many wire runs and number of RMS Watts you running?

Does anyone else run straight from alternator?
Lets say you ran one pos from alternator and one run from from battery. Who does this?

The reason for running through the batt is to remove the ripple in current from the alternator.

Also people are forgetting that drawing 300 amps of current isn't just 15 ft to the back of the car....it is 30 ft as a closed loop back to the front of the car on the negative.

Money.

Never thought of that, I was just wondering and that is perfect reason, thanks.
