How many power wires should I run

I'm running two JP 23s and a JP95. I have a 400 amp JS alternator a optima red tJSJSnd two 100 amp hour lithium. How many pulls of zero gauge should I be running from my alternator to my batteries

I'd run 2...that'd be more than enough to handle the potential output from the alternator

MOST 1/0 OFC is rated 350 amps for 20' run.
So two runs of 1/0 OFC or one run of 4/0 OFC.
