I got a little bit done today afterall. Basically just put in the two braces I still had to do since that was the only wood I actually had. Ive used like 6 total sheets of MDF on this **** project........

Nothin crazy here just tossed in the port to see how it flushs up and looks with the bracing.

Braces will be resined as well as the front of the enclosure again before I put in the port for good. **** that car is gonna smell again for a few days. Any ideas on how to vent this ****er out?

BTW the gap on top of the port in a couple pics is because I was just holding it in, it sits about a 1/4 of an inch off the bottom of the enclosure. Flushes up just perfect //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Also, I tried to keep the horizontal brace out of the way of the port but I still wanted to plant it as close to the middle of the back wall as I could to brace it the best so I compromised a little. Hopefully it wont cause any turbulence or noise.

Oh and I heres my Knu RCA's. Good deal on them and I like them better than the last set I had, I didnt care for the ends too much on the other ones so I got these instead.

Still need to cut the small piece to hide this gap, also need to cut two small pieces for under the rear deck. And make a false floor in the trunk. For the most part its sealed off although I still have a good amount of leakage into the trunk. But there are a lot of gaps I havent foamed yet.

New port is on the way and I am still going to glass the front baffles. Then I still have to bolt in the front beauty panel to the side pieces. Still got a lot to do but its getting closer. I still need to order vinyl too.....anyone know of any good sites where I can get a roll for a good price?

Ive already gotten some pretty outrageous response from the public playing this. I always keep it down at stop lights and in neighborhoods but people always stare. Its kinda funny what the effects from it are on a house though lol
