That is 100% correct. Being that he's already tuned to 46 hz, unless it's a vehicle specific peculiarity, going much below that will be hard to get loud for meter purposes. . .
rockford? I definitely did not hear about anything in rockford and i live in rockford. When was this? Maybe it was when i was out of town last week. I would like to get my setup metered.you went to the one in rockford right? if so witch car did you have? i was there?
to add to thatSo, because a few people were arguing about something that obviously is wrong the OP is now even more clueless than ever...
Ok, some basic car audio rules... Ready...
1) DONT EVER TURN YOUR GAINS ON YOUR AMPLIFIER ALL OF THE WAY UP...
I think the OP needs to do a lot more reading and a lot more research on how speakers, amplifiers, and electricity works before he even thinks about competing again...
Some people get loud by luck... Others have to use their heads...
Thanks... That is all...
Actually, they are volume controls. They work the same way, but we know this and have been through it already. Gain up/volume down is the same as gain down/volume up.to add to that GAINS R NOT VOLUME CONTROLS, THE HIGHER U TURN UR GAINS THE MORE NOISE IS INTRODUCED INTO UR SETUP
