Those are single 4 ohm subwoofers. All four subwoofers will wire to 1 ohm.

Get a 1000 rms monoblock amp.

If I have an amplifier on one box already can I just use distribution block for ground and power and add an amp

Yes you can add a matching amp to the other set of subwoofers. You just have to gain match the two amps so they are putting out the same power, and have the same crossover settings.
