Google says 4/0 can carry 310 amps. Although, I don't trust those numbers. IIRC, 1/0 oversized car audio OFC wire is rated for 300A. So, I'd say reasonably, it should be good for 500-600ish amps.

10k watts, let's say 70% efficiency. 10,000/.7= ~14,280A draw on electrical system. 500A safe bet per run, and you should be good with 3 runs. Although, if you know the current rating from the manufacturer, I could do some better math.

I ran 4 runs of Sky High 2/0 OFC when I had quad alts, 32 batteries, and four Vital Power 7k's @.5 nominal. My voltage drop was minimal. That being said, You would probably be ok with 2 runs. I definitely recommend dedicated ground runs as well. That's a lot of current to run through the vehicle body.

Looking at knukonceptz they claim over 600A @ 20 ft. I was gonna double that to stay safe. I don't crank it all the time but for when I would like to know I have a good flow of electrons

No make or model number on it? Do you have an exact picture of the rear and all its glory?

Oem cables are readily available for most vehicles. Check rockauto. Anything less will be a future headache.
