Moving my system from old 2002 jeep to my 2007 jeep. THIS TIME I want to do it right.

1st things first.

Upgraded the alternator to 220 amps and did BIG 3 with 0 gauge.

Im working on the box and painting it but that's turned into a nightmare.

working on a fiberglass project (sorry no pics till now).

used foil to shape it to what I needed it to be.

used fiberglass resin to hardened it just a little.

then fiberglass + resin to give it some strength.

bodo, 40,220 sand and then 1 layer of black spray paint and this is what you get.

Well its going here to house the switch to turn on/off the hifonics amp.

Need to sand/ paint with 600 and 2000 grit to get a smoother look.

 
Need some input everyone..... Based on what I have so far I know Im going to need a second battery in the back. What do you recommend? I have a 1 fared cap but I really do not want to use that.
