Good to know all these people care so much. I really did think MOT was my friend, but apparently he'd rather see me have a heart attack //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

I betcha you really do care what the hell we think. You are something else.
You of all people should know by now, I do most things just to get a rise. Not everything, but most.

Stop flattering yourself.

There is only one person in this world that I care what they think. The only one that can hurt me.

Bacon is my weakness lately. Still holding at 13.5% body fat, but to get back to my more cut up shape I like to be at 10-11 (I know people get way below that, but I stay lifting heavy all year long). I need to lay off the bacon.

I don't half *** things. My wife is tagging along on her bike. She has been running on the treadmill since January and now does that in the morning and rides her bike alongside me after work. Basically making sure I don't fall to the pavement with a heart attack.

I won't do things that gay //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif I am on lowfat low carb high protein diet with shakes for snacks. No weights yet.
Good thing your on a diet. If you really want to get serious check out fitday.com, that will help you count calories. Cottage cheese is your friend, I love the stuff. Also why no weights? Thats a great way to lose bodyfat.

No convenient access to weights. No gym really near me. I am doing pushup/situps though.

You have a pool, right? Swimming's great exercise. It's a lot harder to lose weight at our age than it was when we were young though. I've lost from 350 lbs down to 250 lbs at 6'4". Part was from diet change due to the diabetes and part was from increased exercise. Good luck with it.

Yes, I should do some laps on some days as well.
