My abs are really starting to firm from working with that stupid ball thing. I can only bench 80 lbs 5 times though.

I haven't focused on running as much since I started focusing more on strength training. I tend to run out of energy at the end of my hour.

I am not interested in strength training too much. I just need to get in good cardio-vas health.
