I am about to set off on my 3rd day of running. Before I do, I figure why not give you guys a treat. Here are my before pictures taken on Tuesday. Someone try to make Seth doesn't stare too long. He can't handle this much sexy. I also fully expect some worthwhile chops, but doubt you bishes can come through.

I like how you have your pants pulled up like a pregnant women. That really equals the ***. Also, why do fat people get those weird scabby wounds on the shins? I've never understood this. My stepdad basically has the same body style as you and he has those same things.

 
I'm glad that you were able to find the *** in those pictures. My eyes kept wandering off to the bar on the left.

I would tend to agree with you except he has no tan (I thought his neck was tan but then realized it was his head throwing a shadow)

He should be doing 4 days a week.
Yeah, but how long does it seriously take outside to get tan in Florida?

Why should he be doing 4 days a week? He is out of shape. Rest is just as important as training. Pushing yourself too far will just discourage going further. As the tempo increases and the miles seems easier, just add another day.
