I'm too old to correct them and that cost more monies. I'm already paying the doc for weigh ins and diet.

Oh I know. When I ran in my late teens and early 20s I had no pains. I was running 9 a day and doing 5k races in the summer. Now maybe you can buy hooked on phonics and get yourself in spelling and grammar shape while I get in physical shape again.

doing so has nothing to do with my Physical shape nor my life longevity... so this is no life or death situation for me..
