just by the looks of that car, I can tell it wasnt engineered to run perfectly smooth like a mercedes. I think your car is just running normally and you have nothing to worry about. My car does this as well and has never failed me

because the a/c draws current therefore your voltage goes "downer"

2. how is your wiring connected?

3. what gauge wire is it?

You car is behaving normally. Adding a bigger alternator would not help, because they do not work while your car is idling. Unless you are having the same problem when your car is going above 15 mph, I think you have nothing to worry about.

just get a cap. learn yourself that they do nothing for ya. buy the most expensive because they would have to be better. then we'll wait 2 weeks for another thread that says "JUST INSTALLED MY CAPACITOR AND MY VOLTAGE STILL GOES DOWNER, PLEASE HELP."

Anyways, my problem in my 1990 Oldsmobile shilouette was simliar to this guys. RPMs would go down, then up. Found out my Autozone battery wasn't holding a charge anymore.

that is not a big amp. i don't know if you are trying to be a smartass or a dumbass with this comment. a stock electrical system should be able to support that amp.
