What sub/subs for cab?

Tantric's would be a great choice. Great woofers. What line would depend on how many you're going to run, but they definitely do work.
My buddy has a big alt on his Mazda B2200, so I know it can be done. I think it's just a GM alt though.

Those trucks get loud as balls. Guy in USACi has (3) 18's under the window line and does 160 in 0-600w.
yea 99% of these guys are retrofitting gm 1 wire alts

 
Would I be pulling hair tricks with my pioneer champion pro's if I just kept them until I could upgrade bigger?

Also, I'd be interested in the alt but I'm looking for a higher amperage one if possible.

Everyone I found the problem it's the RCA cables, I had my electrician mate have a look and he pulled one of the cords halfway out and the subs...

That would be a function of the harness, not the HU, I think. Have you looked into a Maestro or iData interface? i would check with crutchfield...
