Granted the sony amp does **** but it will move your subs and they will hit. you just have to becarefull of clipping and overheating. All in all, that amp will definatly make those subs kick.

rms power ratings are a more "true" power output..least by most companies.
resistive power rating is done with a resister non changing resistance (non reactive) ,
reactive power rateing is when its tested on a speaker with varing resistance (speakers impedence change with frequency)
dampening factor....is the amps ability to "control" the speaker.
