Sub up against seat....bad?

I just installed a 12" Rockford Fosgate sub in this box http://www.millionbuy.com/hbx12ktc.html

Is there a problem with the front of the sub being right up against the back of my seat? also this box is sealed, so does that have any effect?

it can rub causing blemishes on the surround and maybe cause distortion

u should get some type of grill its not good for the sub

I can not slide the seat forward as this is a regular cab full size truck and the center does not move...just the two side seats move.

It probably doesn't hit as hard as it would in clean air, but it surprising sounds pretty decent considering the space I have to work with.

I'll have to try to get a grill over it. The plastic ring around the sub seems to be protecting the edge good, but I'll give the sub a good look over.

So where do all you pick up guys put your subs? Pics?
