Sub took a dump

I was running a sealed RE SE10 with 600w. I set my gains with the volume at 30. The loudest I've had it is 25 (for less than 5 seconds) other than that its below 20. Today i noticed there was hardly any bass coming from the sub. It wasn't punchy like normal either.

I did however have the phase select on 180 which i didn't realize. Also, the input sensitivity switch was on 100mv-2v as opposed to 2v-8v. I have an avic d3 with 2.2v preouts. Could either of these setting hurt my sub?

(When setting the gains (34.6v) if i put the sensitivity on 2v-8v, i only hit 25v with the gains maxed out. But on 100mv-2v it would reach 34.6v at about 1/4 turn so i left it)

Is it time for a new sub? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Checked the resistance of the coils and im getting about 6-7ohms on each one. Is that a bad sign?

Everything looks ok as far as i can tell.

its a dual 4 btw

*EDIT- Just checked with a different meter and got a solid reading of 2.8ohms on both coils* //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
