hell yes.....won my case in federal court. Got awarded 35.7 million for pain and suffering plus free chicken wings for life.

nope.....as a matter of fact they told me that they got off easy and it was blessing i only sued for minimal damages

its not against you personally, and i was very respectful to the manager's. Altho, i should have took all of my 245 lb, 6'1" frame and slapped the piss outta the skinny little wiggers and see how cool they thought they were then.

He can probably get something, but not anything huge is what I was saying.
I was rear-ended at a red light, and the person took off. We eventually found them. I went to the hospital twice, and have just been cleared to return to work, after 4 months of physical therapy. I also lost my job because of it.

We are taking their insurance company to court. But, the most I'm going to get is $50,000, minus attorney fees.

Really, I wouldnt complain too much about that. 50'000 bucks is pretty good if you ask me. I know it is strange how certain lawyers can get this and get that, but 50gs is pretty good. I am sure you will also be able to find another job although that may be another case you could fight. I really dont think a job could lawfully fire you being you were involved in an accidenct with such a high magnitude. Anyway reason I am debating is because when I was 19, I was involved in nightmarish accident that almost killed me along with the person that hit me. Was coming down a pretty high volume road and stoped at the stop light and went to turn my system down and next thing I remember was burning my hand on my dam muffler, as I was hit from behind.(Cops said according to her skid marks she was clocked at over 60mph.) I was very groggy and then my knee started to have sharp pains as it jammed somehow into my cd player! I ended up getting all kinds of cuts, scratches from broken glass and then I hurt my back to boot. Car was so bad, looked like a dam accordin! Ended up being rushed to the hospital and spent well over 2 weeks in there. Couldnt walk for over 3 months. Took my case to what was supposed to be one of the better lawyers in the tri area and it took over 3 years to get my monies! I was so pissed, cause he was saying I would get well over 50gs and next thing I know, he blows me off, we go to court, he dont show up cause he is also a criminal lawyer also. So he is excused and I am left high and dry. Then I end up getting tired of waiting for the money and I end up only getting like 20gs, which I ended up clearing a little over 9500 after the lawyer got his cut. Then I ended up getting what the car was worth, (3500) when I had well over just that in mods to it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif So I ended up really getting screwed over!

So what I am getting at is if I remember your accident wasnt nearly as bad as mine and that 50gs seems to be pretty good if you can get that. Good luck!
