Threw 72 mph tonight. Broke 70 mph a couple times. Not too bad considering last time I played ball was back in March of 99. Other than tossing the ball around last year coaching little league, I really hadn't picked up a ball since I last played. I'm guessing if I warmed up properly I could have broken 75 or higher.
