I <3 my CRX
just looking for advice/opinions/workouts you like and dont like/tips and tricks to getting what u want, etc..
basically, i just wanna be BIG, but not so big that it affects my range of motion. i also want a 6 pack with the V and everything lolThere's plenty of info out there.
Before you go, find a workout program to follow. You don't want to go to the gym without a program to follow...you'll just waste your time.

Best advice yet. When I start going, I am gonna get a trainer, so he can help me out with some tips and such. One of the local gyms here has free trainers for first month.
