Wan to know if this (Alpine 175 BT) a decent head unit? I'm looking for a SQ sub. I got a Kicker IX 1000.1 about equivalent to RF Punch series, "my opinion" nice amp to start with, which sub should i go with, looking for SQ. I haven't heard to many subs, will be upgrading electrical 2000 watts that's all i need for this van
12" or 15"
Fi SSD, or Xv3
Sundown Sa V.2
Skar VXF
Is DC worth the money Level 3 or 4?
P3's to T series is, it worth it 250.00 to 800.00

Didn't care for my DC lvl 3s personally.

Was also going to suggest Adire Brahma. Those are well regarded low distortion subs which can handle 1200W continuous.

yes sir, by end of install will have RF T1500.1 BDCP so a 1500/2000 rms SQ sub, wouldn't mind Skar RP 2000.1 but, my opinion it can't reproduce like RF power series so yeah upgrade 2k for sub

I would stick with the RF amp over the Skar Those T series are work horses.
You can get a amp with similar or better output for cheaper though.
I can't believe I'm going to say this but I have to agree with Bobby on this one.
I love my DD subs
Relax Bobby I'm just trying to keep it light.
Edit: I might actually look at dual 2 3515 though

Stereo Integrity HST15, 1cuft sealed, after displacement, and 3cuft ported after displacement tuned to 20hrtz. I have used their hst18, and 12 inch models, both in sealed applications, phenomenal subwoofers dude, and impeccable customer service from Nick Lemon.

Those Skar RP amps aren't worth it. Have seen those RP's replaced with Sundown SFB's lately and the difference was night and day.

If you can find them Addictive Audio V4 15's are an 8 layer coil that will put out not only Quality sound but a whole lot of it lol I do currently have 4 dual 2ohm V4 15's brand new in the boxes ready to ship for the right price

Get some Deaf Bonce subs. They are the real deal. Believe me, I've heard them all lately.

I'm running the 175bt and it is doing the job just fine for me.

Ive heard several systems with 12s... and these subs sound pretty amazing with the proper environment and power driven.

Another good sub! 1 - 15" or 2 - 12's. There are a bunch of them out there! They have D4's as well.
