Possible to get decent bass out of 6X9s in rear deck with only 50W from an amp?

You can get a 4 ch that produces more power to run some stronger 6x9s, just set the gain in the front speakers accordingly.
If set the gain in the front down to where the 40RMS 5X7s I already have wouldn't get blown but left the 6X9s at 80-100RMS, wouldn't the front get drowned out unless I turned the fader way forward?

Also I noticed some people are recommending 6X9 subs while others mentioning regular 6X9 speakers. It's my understanding that good 6X9 speakers with good power from the amp can provide decent (not earth shaking) bass. My concern is that 6X9 subs won't offer much range of sound from the rear except bass and will require more power...

I have Boston coaxials on HU power for rear fill and they're as loud as my front 5.25 components on 60 watts. They play down to 45 hz with decent volume too.

So, yes you can find 6x9s that play low and take some power.
