sound deadener is sound deadener, its like comparing a sundown 3000d to the crunch 3000, we all know sundown is top notch and high quality, but the crunch is a budget amp that does the same thing. may not meet sundown quality, but it does what it does.

So please, tell me, how 100 sq feet of edead, that weighs about 35 lbs and has a 2 mils of mylar facing compares to 65 lbs worth of Damplifier Pro which has 6 mils of foil and wont melt or fail.

What you are doing is comparing a 3000 watt sundowns amp to a 50 watt jenson amp and justifying it to us.. Why not just buy 6 jensen amps..

You couldn't rip Ant's or any other quality CLD mat on the market up like this even if you tried. See, the nice thing about eDead is that it's happy to do it for you. How thoughtful. Unfortunately, I did need to SCRAPE the other parts that absolutely stuck like a mother. Asphalt is a ***** coming back up.....a B!tch.

If they do the same thing, that makes them equal. If deadener A was applied with a single layer equaling 3 mills thick, that is not the same as a single layer of deadener B which is 7 mills thick. If the deadener starts peeling off the panels, and the other one does not... not the same. Like I said earlier, just because a product is "designed" to accomplish something, doesn't mean it WILL. Ben is just a huge dougebag and liar.

Your comparisons of amplifiers is wrong also. A sine wave with a power transfer of 3000w (Sundown, zapco, zenon) is NOT the same as an square wave with a power transfer of 300w (Sony, audiobahn, etc)

To Rudy, I have put peel and seel in my friends car and the Fatmat is a little thicker and seems to stick better. Either product is fine in my eyes, although P&S is a little cheaper. He bought 100sqft and cost him over 60 dollars IIRC. I paid 85 dollars for my fatmat shipped. So I lost out on 25 dollars, but seems to me the Fatmat is a little better. Only thing I don't like about the Fatmat is the blue logo, as it comes off on your hands. And blah, blah!

My fatmat is holding up just fine and doint it's job. Have it in all doors now and helped out my front stage a lot!

3000w amp vs cheap 3000w amp. one will blow soon and have horridly high THD and super low signal to noise ratio... Both do the same thing right?

eDead. falls off. v1/2/3/4/3se^345 whatever they call it is not a good product.
