its all the same thing, they all absorb noise. i know the saying "you get what you pay for". but not with this.

i used edeadv2. i found it was ok. nothing special but it did what it needed to do. yeah i double layered it but all in all, it made a night/day difference to me. i don't have the funds to be spending on raam or ss, but i won't steep low enough to buy peel and seal.

i dont see what the prob with edead is. my roof was realy flexing bad when i had my 4 L7s. i put 4 layesr of edead and it helped significantly. i do give the upper hand to Second Skin and ram,. i do agree that second skin is basikly do it once and your done. but edead works ok nothing special. its not considered crap just yet. crap would be if i could get paper and spray adhesive and and it does a better job then edead

its a hunk of shit and a waste of time. Its way thin. I would use fatmat over it anyday. If you want budget go with Raamat, sticky as hell and messy, but I like my results with it. Stay away from edead....same as p & s.......

lol this is different, edead is one of the best bang for the buck deadener you can buy. thats all i am saying. i never said its better than second skin or the other top brands. just saying it does what it does at an affordable price.

Amps are all the same thing too. They all increase power.So therfore a 500 wate tube amplifier will sound exactly same as a 100 wat class D damplifier. Why spend the money on a more expensive amp? There is no difference whatso ever. You may as well get your amp from the swap meet. hmm... Maybe home depot has somthing similar to amps that we can use in cars..

sound deadener is sound deadener, its like comparing a sundown 3000d to the crunch 3000, we all know sundown is top notch and high quality, but the crunch is a budget amp that does the same thing. may not meet sundown quality, but it does what it does.

Yes. Just because a product is made to do a purpose, does not mean it fulfills that purpose.

ok the differances are

edead falls off in the summer heat

second skin is in the same place

edead may work but you have to layer it up,which basically cost the same amount of money as second skin.

edead is easy to remove

second skin isnt going anywhere

have you ever tried edead, sh1t majority of the people on here just jumped on the edead hate wagon and have no experience with it.

i am done, TS, do what you want, but in MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, edead works great, i have the v1se2 on my doors, with a layer of v3 on top. door is solid as hell. and have just v1se2 in most of hatch.

I see what you're saying, but you're not saying it right

yes eDead WILL deaden vibrations for you, if you really just want SOME deadener for as little money as possible, it can be a good option (although I'd argue there are better options just as cheap if not cheaper...) but for how much more you get out of other better products, you're MUCH better off with them

YES!!! jeez ive said this about 3 times now

I put some on my rear quarter panel.

Went back to check on it about 3-4 weeks later. It was coming off,not just a little bit but almost all falling off. Got some of thier goo on the "floor" of the rear quarter panel

took it off,put second skin on, no problems at all
