Name this Sub!

I was recently given an enclosed sub and amp. The sub an Audiomobile MASS 2012, (made July 2001, per sticker on magnet).

It's a 12" sub with a single voice coil... I assume it's 4 Ohms.

1) Anyone know the max and RMS rating for this sub?I have an old amp that came with it that puts out 375W RMS @4ohms (bridged). Is this sub being substancially under-driven?

2) The surround is pretty thick and seems in good shape. Is there a rule of thumb regarding RMS loads and the age of a sub? What kind of maintainence is needed to let this sub boom again?

Is this it? If so it appears to be a home theatre sub, with a rms rating of 600rms

the sub is horrible..overrated...dont bother using it

1.25 cu ft if I remember correctly

it plays well over 500wrms (its single 4ohm)

many people have given it about 600wrms with no problems
