4 12's sounds familiar lol. Same setup Paul had that did 55's, wanna sayhigh 53's or low 54s on music. 7.5 cubes after all said and done with that amp and 2 d3100's. That knocked very nicely

and 4 12inch hdc312 coppers to add. Shit was nuts. And he played that for over 4 mins not going under 12v. subs did get warm but not stinky

Not just my BTLs. Ive never seen a sub take that much power for any length of time. And Ive seen/heard more big systems that you could imagine.
If it does do a 153 (before the subs melt lulz), it will probably be at like 55hz, which is gay.

And 10,000rms doing a 153 is kinda lame too.

the amps where alright bad from a friend i got it from or it fell off a box and shorted it out. the other one was under .5 ohms

Gmonk did u have your van @ SBN this year?? I got so many demos the last couples years being there from the 159.9 bassracers and other can't even remember which ones i heard. I've been around my fair share of loud vehicles myself from living in NYC then moving to FL.

I can't think of a single sub that daily won't thermally be at its limit with 5k+ daily per woofer. There are ones out there that might do ok if u really watch em closely.

i dont wana spend my money, u know im cheap. bro i think everyone is thinking even though u have the electrical, upgraded subs and a great amp its hard to say the subs will take the power u wana send to them. i thin k u will build a great box all said and done but it will lead to the subs fin up bro. gl

Sounds like it... Couple Jay el 10s and a 2 channel boss amp, i be doing 160s man all day.

I doubt the subs will like 5k daily each in the first place, but 2.75ft3 per woofer ported they'll like even less. For a burp box and tuned high they will love it, but for daily g/l.
