I can tell you how its going to work now, you're going to be able to listen to it for 60 seconds before the coil melts.

Oh btw I am very sure that I my buddy works at a dealership next to where you work? He said there is a van like yours and you will pay someone if they can sit in the van so long. Sounded like yur van before you ripped out the 15's

Remember Chris, you wont see 10kw either though, even paul would tell you that. He tryed to sell me that amp and said 7 d3100's, and down the line a second alt would be good

yeap, but he saw over 8.6k rms after imp with 13.4v he said. Get it to 14.4 and get over 10k out of it

Been there, done that. Shit doesnt work.
Thing is, no matter how small the box is, a 3" coil can only take so much heat before it melts.

Why run a sub for daily at 5x+ its RMS?

Yep the BTL setup and that wasn't even near 5k either right??

I just dont see why not run a more efficient box that would actually sound good? It would take less power and still get loud.

Yep this makes sense... IMO he should of just run like 2500 or so per woofer and made a different enclosure.

this will be a very efficient box. but ok you draw me up somthing that will work better and ill build it and see. 2 15s crazzy loud for daily.

I'm sure he can draw you up something for the 2 15s, but not much u can do with subs like this when you're trying to throw this kind of power per woofer.

Also i gotta agree with deuce, why not just run 4 12s??

You might pull that number, but when you're Jeep gets fills up with smoke from the woofers or amps or both that number won't be looking so good.

4 12's sounds familiar lol. Same setup Paul had that did 55's, wanna sayhigh 53's or low 54s on music. 7.5 cubes after all said and done with that amp and 2 d3100's. That knocked very nicely

the amps where alright bad from a friend i got it from or it fell off a box and shorted it out. the other one was under .5 ohms

and iv never blown a woofer you ****

Not just my BTLs. Ive never seen a sub take that much power for any length of time. And Ive seen/heard more big systems that you could imagine.

If it does do a 153 (before the subs melt lulz), it will probably be at like 55hz, which is gay.

And 10,000rms doing a 153 is kinda lame too.
