installing a Kinetik hc600

Hey while we're on the subject, is there a reason why so many people are against optimas? I got a yellow top in the rear and it seems everyone on here thinks they are not good for some reason or another? Could someone shed some light on this?

and optimas have a small wire connecting each spiracell, this wire does burn up when you start pulling big loads of current. ive been told this several times. and i have replaced like 7 optimas. 3 red and 4 yellows. went back with regular batts and never had a problem since. but thats just what i've experienced so dont put to much into my experience, some never had issues.

i have a kinetic 600 and also have a small thump sometimes but i can live with it.i didn't have that thump before i installed the kinetic and i know it's wired correctly.i would like to point out that highs can also benefit from a cap i had a punch 800a2 on my highs and the tweeters were dimming my head lights.caps are still good if you get em cheap you can't have too much currant available it think that's impossible.i also have a 6 farad cap on the way going in the car that has the kinetic,and i have a 1/2 farad under the hood buy the alternator

Kinetiks like anyother powercell do not turn off or on, when you get a turn on thump or turn off thump it is due to the fact of things not turning on and off at the same time via too early or too late:laugh:
